All our coil coiled springs are coiled on latest imported precision "WAFIOS" germany make fully automatic spring coilers, stress relived on "JN" USA made conveyor furnace and grinded on "OMD" italy make fully automatic spring end grinding machines.

We have variety of high-performance imported spring coiling machines that coil springs from 0.15 to 5.0 mm diameter wire.

We have latest Wafios [Germany] FS series, Karl Hack [Germany], Bennett [U.K], Torin [USA] machines for high speed and accurate production.

We also have the equipment, tools, and personnel to perform secondary looping, bending, and forming operations necessary to produce an infinite variety of compression, extension and torsion springs as well as wire forms.

We have experienced employees who are capable to make springs in small quantities with high accuracy.

We have Merwede make [Holland] CNC spring coiling machine for small quantities. We also have a team of highly skilled hand spring makers for complex small volume components.

To finish our compression springs, we have a battery of fully automatic grinders that can economically grind your springs to exacting tolerances for squareness, length, and load.

We have OMD [Italy] and Bennett [U.K] make high speed automatic grinding machines for spring end grinding. These imported machines can give very accurate grinding finish to springs achieving parallelity and perpendicularity (Squareness).

We have quality vendors to perform all your plating needs including Annodize, Black Oxide, Cadmium, Nickel, Tin, Passivate, Zinc, and other special process that you may require.
