SINCE 1989, we have answered the needs of many manufacturers by providing high quality springs. Testing of our springs are done and a complete load test report is always available upon request. All the raw materials are traceable with test certificates showing metallurgical and mechanical tests and copies are issued upon request. |

Our digital measuring instruments and Computerised, Digital and manual spring load testing machines of capacities varying from 0 to 60,000 kgf enable us to have complete control over the quality of springs. All our testing equipments are calibrated by external calibration agencies periodically. At VCIsprings, each and every batch undergoes testing at its own testing laboratory. VCIsprings utilise intensive quality standards for spring deflection testing, surpassing all industry and government standards. |

We are approved by Quality Assurance departments of DGQA, DGS&D, BHEL, IBR, HAL, DRDL and many other Govt. Organisations and supplying springs regularly to them.
Our capability does not end with the manufacture of our springs. We are able to cycle test compression springs and extension springs. |

We have a high precision spring endurance testing machine driven by variable AC motor having digital display of frequency, no. of cycles, stroke length, etc.

| Durability and Guarantee |
Our high precision fatigue testing equipment certifies the durability of our products. Up to date machines, high quality materials, own tool making, qualified personal and a permanent quality control guarantee an exceptionally long service life.
We guarantee our springs for a period of 24 months for any manufacturing defects and replace free of charge, if any. |
